Natural gas Dehydrator

This equipment removes moisture and impurities which are contained in natural gas.
There are the two main dehydration methods (use Diethylene glycol, Triethylene glycol) of gas, NIHONSEIKI is good at method by bubbling in the Absorber (use Triethylene glycol).
Before processing gas is sent to the Inlet Scrubber at the beginning, it will remove dust and condensate. Next, the gas is send to the Absorber, moist gas is brought into contact
with the glycol by passing through the bubble cap tray, glycol will absorb the moisture in the gas. Dry gas is treated as sales gas from top of the Absorber and rich moisture glycol sent to the Regenerator, removal of water by heating in the Reboiler, less moisture glycol is supplied to the absorber again.

In order to separate the oil and natural gas (water, emulsion, etc.) from well fluid, and is held a certain period of time in the vessel. Natural gas that has been separated is supplied to the downstream equipment through the demister.

This product is possible to calculate the flow rate by passing the gas to the orifice plate which is provided inside. The method of calculation is following with the provisions stipulated in JIS M 8010 “natural gas metering method”

High-pressure Choke valves

This product can control the flow which produces high-pressure well fluid.

Standard product is manual operation, but there is an option that can be flow controlled by remote from a central control room. The control method has a unique program that con siders safety that can deal with any trouble. It is obtained from the rich experience of until now. Flow control accuracy makes possible to ±2,500Sm3/D at gas flow rate.
